olfactory notes
IRANIAN GALBANUM
The galbanum plant grows in Iran and Afghanistan. Its gum is harvested by cutting into the roots and is then distilled. The essence obtained blends well with herbaceous and chypre green tones. It brings a touch of impertinence as the top note of Jules.
INDIAN BLACK PEPPER
Black pepper, originally from India, is the best quality pepper. The ripe fruit is steam distilled to produce the essence. Stimulating black pepper spices up the heart note of Jules to make it an energizing fragrance.
VIRGINIAN CEDAR WOOD
Indigenous to the United States, the essence of cedar is extracted by steam distillation. Its refined, noble scent is used as an invigorating and energizing base note in men's fragrances such as Jules.
