olfactory notes
ESSENCE OF YLANG-YLANG FROM MAYOTTE
Grown in the Comoros archipelago, fresh ylang-ylang flowers are steam distilled to obtain the essence used by perfumers in a number of fragrances. Ylang-ylang offers elegance, volume and originality as the top note of Diorissimo.
LILY OF THE VALLEY ACCORD
Lily of the valley, the symbol of Dior, is frequently associated with good luck. Despite its intense fragrance, this flower is "mute". The perfumer must recompose it into an accord with shades of green, floral, jasmine and ylang-ylang. Sweet and fleeting, it is the heart note of Diorissimo.
EGYPTE JASMINE ABSOLUTE
The symbol of feminine softness, jasmine is one of the most commonly used flowers in perfumery. It is so delicate that it alone is a fragrance. Jasmine lavishes an intensely floral base note on Diorissimo.
