Where does the Dior Beauty Online Boutique - https://www.dior.com/en_id/beauty - ship?

Dior Beauty Online Boutique does not support international deliveries. We only currently deliver accross Indonesia.


What are the delivery options and costs?

You will receive a SMS sent to the mobile number entered by you on the Site / for the order(s), with tracking information of your order(s) once your order(s) has been shipped.

Delivery times may be subject to extension based on the following conditions: 

• All order(s) will only be processed and shipped on weekdays and Saturdays only, not including Public Holidays.

• Shipping may take additional time due to Public Holidays and/or extreme weather conditions

• We will ship your order(s) to the delivery address you have provided in your account in https://www.dior.com/en_id/beauty. Your shipping address cannot be changed or modified once your order is placed. Dior is not liable for any loss or delay arising from the incorrect address on the invoice.


What is the standard cut-off time for online orders using Express Shipping?

Order(s) placed before 7am will be processed on the same business day while order(s) placed after 7am will be processed only on the following business day. Order(s) received on Friday after 7am, Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.



What happens if I’m not available to receive my package upon delivery?

All order(s) require a signature from an individual upon delivery to acknowledge receipt of the same.

If you are not there to receive and sign for your order(s) upon delivery, our logistic provider will contact you to arrange for a second delivery. To ensure safe and secured delivery of your order(s), we do not accept any request to leave your order unattended at the delivery address without any person to acknowledge receipt of the same, unless a different delivery option was chosen previously, which will remain as the default setting chosen with the logistic provider. RETURNS

What is the Dior Beauty Online Boutique Returns Policy?

Currently, we only accept return request(s) for damaged, faulty and/or incorrect item(s) received for order(s) placed on https://www.dior.com/en_id/beauty.

We do not accept or process any return request(s) for any customized/engraved item(s), unless the said customized/engraved item is found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Refund(s) offered by Dior for return request(s) will be subjected to the assessment of the actual item(s) by our Customer Service.

Purchases made online via Dior Beauty Online Boutique cannot be exchanged, refunded, or repackaged at any of our Dior Counters or Dior Boutiques.

This policy is only applicable to purchase(s) made online via Dior Beauty Online Boutique - https://www.dior.com/en_id/beauty. For any purchase(s) made in-store at a Dior Counter or a Dior Boutique, please refer to the original place of purchase to request for a return.

This policy does not affect your consumer rights under the Indonesian law.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In the event you receive a damaged item from your recent Dior purchase, you will need to initiate the returns within 7 days from the date of receiving of the parcel.

We are unable to accept returns or process a refund for any engraved products or used items unless the item(s) is damaged or faulty. If your order contained Gift with Purchase, the gifts must also be returned. If a Gift Set is being returned, all products in the Set must be returned together. A refund cannot be processed should there be missing items from the full transaction including Gift with Purchase and components from a gift set.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

(a) Contact Customer Service

Send an email to idservice@diormail.com with the following Subject: Returns Request for Order #.

(i) State the reason(s) for return of product(s) and

(ii) attach a picture of the item(s) to be returned.

Our customer service may request for more information during this process to assess the validity of returns. Please allow 3 working days for our customer service representative to respond to you.

Alternatively, you may also call our service hotline at (+62) 81119260350 from Monday to Friday between 9.00am – 12.00pm; or 1.00pm – 5.00pm (excluding Public holidays) for further assistance.

(b) Returning the Item

Once the return or exchange has been agreed upon with the customer service representative, the item(s) must be sent back to us within 7 days from the day we accept your return request(s):

You will be able to make a complimentary return via our logistic provider Ninjavan. Our customer service representative will liaise with you on the agreed date & time of pickup.

Please pack the returned item(s) together with the gifts received from the transaction in the reusable Dior Outer Box that you received with your order(s) in. Our Ninjavan representative will pick-up the items at the agreed location, date & time.

(c) Processing the Refund

Refunds: Upon agreement with our online customer service representative to be refunded for the purchase, we will process the approved refund within 5 working days from receiving the Returned Item(s). You will receive an email notification of your refund status from our Dior Customer Service team. Refunds can only be made on the full transaction. Partial refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

All refunds will only be made against the original credit card used for the purchase. Please note that the time required to refund a credit to your account may vary depending on the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card for more details.

Shipping fees of returned packages is non-refundable.
