DIOR.COM RETURN POLICY

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Dior will gladly refund any unopened or gently used items within 30 days of purchase through our website. La Collection Privee products can only be returned for a refund if unopened/unused within 30 days of purchase through our website.

 

Please note, all personalized and/or engraved items are final sale and non-refundable or exchangeable.

 

Products purchased on Dior.com may not be returned at a Parfums Christian Dior boutique or at an authorized Parfums Christian Dior Retailer. By the same token, products purchased at a Parfums Christian Dior boutique or from an authorized Parfums Christian Dior Retailer may not be returned or exchanged through Dior.com. At this time, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on items purchased outside of the United States. When making a purchase through an authorized Parfums Christian Dior Retailer, the purchase is subject to their specific return and exchange policy, which may differ from Dior.com.

 

Purchases made on Dior.com are allowed to be returned for refund only. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment; exchanges are permitted for purchases made at a Parfums Christian Dior boutique only.

 

If you would like to return an item, simply complete the Return Form associated with your ‘My Account’ purchase history and place it inside the return package and adhere the Return Label to your parcel. If you have placed an order as a guest, you can download a blank return form HERE, or you may manage your return by using the QR code provided in your delivery confirmation email.

 

Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the return label. Dior.com is unable to refund shipping charges. Please allow 10-15 business days of processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your package and process your return.

 

Parfums Christian Dior reserves the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the return policy requirements.

Purchases of $300 or less in cash may be refunded in cash; any cash purchase returned for over $300 will be refunded via corporate check.
