BOURBON VANILLA
The white vanilla blossom produces a fruit that reaches maturity in 8 to 9 months. The pods are harvested just before they are fully ripe, and then undergo a 34-month maturation process. Their fragrance develops and vanilla crystals form. The vanilla then unfurls its soft and spicy accords.
