Dior’s Soul
For this Dior Summer 2025 collection, Kim Jones pays tribute to the House's ateliers, " the lifeblood of Dior " in his words. This celebration is reflected in the creation of a coat, bringing to life for the first time ever Yves Saint Laurent's sketch for autumn-winter 1958-1959.

A testament to the inventive spirit and excellence of Dior's artisans, this exceptional model is enhanced by precious embroidery, inspired by that thought up by Marc Bohan for the Petit Théâtre dress for autumn-winter 1961. Composed of raffia threads and glass beads, it is revealed in a fascinating interplay of brilliance and opacity, evoking the raw appearance of ceramics before the enamelling process. A couture work of art, weaving more than ever the story that links the Artistic Director to Christian Dior and his successors, through//thanks to archive treasures.
