Standard or free delivery
Standard delivery (Ninja Van): Delivery is free on all orders overs RM 250. Delivery is charged RM 15 (West Malaysia), RM 30 (East Malaysia) for orders that are less than RM 250.
Your order(s) will be delivered within 5-7 working days (West Malaysia) and 5-14 working days (East Malaysia) from the date your order(s) is accepted by us.
Your order(s) will only be processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday only, not including Public Holidays).
Your order(s) may be delivered to your usual place of residence or to the address indicated when you ordered online on our Dior.com website. Dior is not liable for any loss or delay arising from the incorrect address information provided.
We are unable to accept any exchange and/or return of shade, size or product(s) placed on dior.com once your order is placed.
"If you wish to exchange and/or return damaged, faulty or incorrect item(s) purchased through our appointed logistic provider, we will arrange to collect them from you and we will bear the shipping costs for collection.
For any return via our logistic provider, please make a request by contacting Dior Customer Service.
If you wish to make a return using other method, please note that you will be responsible for all applicable costs and charges involved and we will not bear the shipping costs."
All products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and with all packaging/hygiene seals intact and accompanied by the signed and completed Return Form at the following address within 7 working days (West Malaysia) or 10 working days (East Malaysia) from the day we accept your return request(s) through our Dior Customer Service.
In the event of the return of products that have been the subject of a promotional offer including one or more gifts such as samples, pouches and gift boxes, all items must be returned by the customer. If one of them is not sent, we will not be able to accept the return and your refund will be blocked. We will not authorize any reshipment to the customer if the return decision is withdrawn.
Customers are advised to keep all proof of return (tracking number, etc.).
Once the item has been returned, received in our warehouse and if it meets the return conditions, the refund will be made by credit or bank transfer depending on the payment method used at the time of the online purchase.
"Approved refund request will be processed within 10 working days from receiving the Returned Item(s). You will receive an email notification of your refund status from our Dior Customer Service team.
All refunds will only be made against the original credit card used for the purchase.

For payment by bank transfer, the refund period will be extended.
