For this occasion, the couture bow of the iconic women's perfume bottle is embellished with delicate floral embroidery on sheer organza to echo the intricate branches and poetic flowers of the trunk. A true objet d'art, this labor of love required hours of meticulous work by the Chanakya workshops in India. The artisans at the Christian Dior Couture workshops have, in turn, applied their expert craftsmanship to assemble the mini-trunk. A couture-inspired leather tag elegantly traces the eternal letters of Miss Dior in gold.
This trunk holds Miss Dior Parfum, the reinterpretation of Miss Dior’s legendary chypre signature composed by Francis Kurkdjian, Dior Perfume Creative Director. A voluptuous fragrance woven with sparkling mandarin notes, in which the scent of starry jasmine, studded with rosy and fruity facets, harmonizes with the melody of woods.

STARRY JASMINE
Floral accords dominated by the intensity of a jasmine note, tailor-made for Dior. They are infused with vibrant, sweet and juicy notes of crisp and succulent wild strawberries.
To reproduce the specific notes of the jasmine in the original 1947 Miss Dior, Francis Kurkdjian chose a jasmine with rare facets. Harvested under special conditions, the jasmine is specially treated by a process* that imparts fruity accents tinged with strawberries, peaches, and apricots, faithful to the jasmine of yesteryear and preserving all of its radiance.

AMBERY WOODS
A sensual, solidly constructed woody-ambery composition, anchored by a full and refined patchouli, darkened by a dense and binding Alaskan cedar. A forest floor carpeted with moss seems to envelop the composition.

Guaranteeing the excellence and expertise of the workshops, the Chanakya School of Craft, founded in 2017, assists and accompanies Indian women of all ages, teaching them the many traditional Indian techniques of hand embroidery. With this training, they acquire the highest professional qualification in the craft industry (master artisan) as well as new independence in the local communities.
