RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BY CHRISTMAS
Place your order before 9am NZST, Tuesday 17th December, to receive your gift in time for Christmas Day. Please allow more time for non-metropolitan delivery addresses.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Delivery with DHL Express will be delivered within 2 to 6 working days from dispatch, subject to DHL timings. Please allow additional days for rural areas. Enjoy complimentary delivery on all orders $100 and above. Orders below $100 will have a $10 delivery fee.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express Post Delivery with Australia Post will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days from dispatch, subject to Australia Post timings. Please allow additional days for rural areas. Express Delivery is not available for orders containing dangerous goods, including fragrance samples.
RETURNS
Complimentary returns are offered within 30 days from when you receive your order. We are unable to accept returns/refunds for engraved products, unless the engraved item is damaged upon delivery.
To successfully return your damaged item, please download the Returns Form here, and return items using the original packaging. Items must be returned to Dior Perfume & Beauty Boutique located in Commercial Bay. Once the item has been returned and if it meets the return conditions, the refund will be made by credit or bank transfer depending on the payment method used at the time of the online purchase. We are unable to exchange any items for change of mind. All returns must be sent back to the Boutique within 7 days of contacting Customer Service.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online via the Dior Online Boutique – Dior.com/en_nz website. For purchases made in-store at a Dior Counter or a Dior Boutique, please refer to the original place of purchase to obtain an exchange or return.
