Texture

OX-C Treatment – the technology at the heart of Dior Capture Day Creme formula – optimizes oxygen transport. When oxygen is transported in a controlled way, cellular respiration is promoted and the synthesis of ATP,¹ the energy used by the cell, is boosted. The cell needs a lot of energy to produce a collagen fiber: it takes 12,600 ATP² molecules. Oxygen transport is thereby optimized, which encourages skin regeneration and thus enables the production of type I collagen to be tripled.³

The cream’s formula is also enriched with a patented⁴ shaping complex and a patented⁵ duo of hyaluronic acids.

Standard delivery (DHL): delivery takes 4 to 5 working days from dispatch. Delivery is free on all orders overs 50€. Delivery is charged 4.90€ for orders that are less than 50€.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. There are no Saturday deliveries. The delivery time applies as soon as you receive the order dispatch confirmation e-mail.

Your order may be delivered to your usual place of residence or to the address indicated when you ordered online on our Dior.com website. In case of unavailability of items, delivery times may be modified.

Please note that your order will take between 1 and 4 days to be prepared, excluding weekends. If you wish to return your package, please take into account the return conditions for a refund acceptance of your order.

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt using the prepaid return label inside your order. Dior will cover the cost of return shipping, up to a limit of one return per order.

All products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, in perfect condition, complete (accessories, bags, instructions, warranty, etc.) and accompanied by the duly completed return documents.

In the event of the return of products that have been the subject of a promotional offer including one or more gifts such as samples, pouches and gift boxes, all items must be returned by the customer to PCD. If one of them is not sent, we will not be able to accept the return and your refund will be blocked. We will not authorize any reshipment to the customer if the return decision is withdrawn.

Personalized or engraved products are not subject to refund, with the exception of damaged products. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your Dior products. You can return your unwanted products if they are unopened and meet the retraction conditions and place a new order on Dior.com.

Customers are advised to keep all proof of return (tracking number, etc.).

Once the item has been returned, received in our warehouse and if it meets the return conditions, the refund will be made by credit or bank transfer depending on the payment method used at the time of the online purchase.

For payment by credit card, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the items by our warehouse.
