Dior Wellness Retreat at the Hôtel du CAP-Eden-Roc
In 2025, the House of Dior invites its guests to the first Dior Wellness Retreat at the heart of the iconic Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc. Enjoy a true holistic getaway through an entirely personalized program over four days aand three nights, including spa rituals, replenishing meals, mindfulness workshops and fitness classes, as well as individual sessions with Dior Wellness Experts Rose Ferguson and Bryony Deery. A bespoke, ultra-exclusive program to free the mind and the body, opening the way for a true rebirth.

A Unique Space for an Out-of-time Experience
The understated, quiet luxury of this décor also extends to the Dior Spa Eden-Roc’s three individual treatment rooms and its double treatment room. An experiential floor also houses hydrotherapy and infratherapy suites for a unique sensory experience. The spa is extended by two settings: two cabins in the middle of nature and in the open air.

Dior has created a true detoxifying treatment by harnessing Waves 21 technology to transform each area of the body. By combining electrostimulation of the metamers with cryotherapy, it intensely detoxifies tissues, and reduces subcutaneous and visceral fatty deposits.
New Dior Body Technology machines such as Endospheres Therapy or Waves 21 enhance the experience, for tenfold results.

For the first time, Dior has created four Wellness programs, developed exclusively for the Dior Spa Eden-Roc. They promise exceptional moments of happiness and effectiveness, customized down to the smallest detail for every guest.
