We refer to our previous communication dated February 2nd and preceding the enhancement of our Dior Beauty Privé program.

Further to the above, kindly note that on  3rd June 2026, Parfums Christian Dior has launched a new Dior Beauty Privé program. Members from our previous program have received information via email about the program, including their new status and their associated benefits. 

All points accrued until and including 28th February 2026 are expired and forfeited. No compensation, monetary value, or alternative rewards will be provided for expired points. All unredeemed gifts as of 2nd June 2026 are expired and forfeited.

The Dior Beauty Privé Program is available at participating Parfums Christian Dior points of sale in Singapore, as listed on https://www.dior.com/en_sg/beauty/find-your-dior-store and/or on Dior.com. 

All new Members begin at Pearl status upon creation of a membership account. To progress to a higher status – Silver, Gold or Platinum status – a Member must fulfill the criteria for both the “number of purchases” and “total retail spending of purchases” within the preceding 12 months. 

Once both criteria are satisfied, the Member will be upgraded to the higher status and a new period of 12 months begins with their new status.

If you had a Dior account before 3rd June 2026, we have tallied your purchases from the past 12 months and automatically assigned a status as of 3rd June 2026 to your account. This status will remain valid for the next 12 months, or until you upgrade to the next status.

At the end of each 12-month status period, a Member’s membership status is recalculated based on the qualifying criteria for status progression. A Member will maintain their status if the qualifying criteria are met or will be adjusted to a lower status to match their purchasing activity.
 

You will receive an email with instructions on redemption when you are eligible for a gift. Please present the email at the Dior Beauty Boutique or Counter listed in the email to redeem your gift.

You may also view the gifts and rewards that are available to you by logging in to your Dior account on Dior.com: Go to “My account” > “My rewards”. 

If you do not see a gift or reward under “My rewards”, that means you are either not eligible for that gift or reward yet or you have already redeemed your gift or reward.
 

Dior Beauty Privé is a   voluntary loyalty program that rewards you for your beauty purchases. This reimagined loyalty experience gives you access to a new world of exclusive benefits and rewards. Go to “My account” > “My rewards” on Dior.com to discover them all.

If your order is cancelled for any reason, the order will be removed from your total purchase count and the retail amount associated with that order will be deducted from your total retail amount spent. 

In order to qualify for a higher status, Members will have to satisfy the requisite qualifying criteria of that status. 
 

Dior Beauty Privé gifts and rewards are set according to each loyalty status. You cannot request for different or additional gifts outside of those allocated to your status. 

All gifts are subject to availability. If a gift you are entitled to is out of stock or unavailable, we will offer you a replacement gift of equivalent value.

All gifts cannot be exchanged for other products or returned for cash.

Your Couture purchases are not eligible purchases for the purpose of the Dior Beauty Privé program as the membership program only rewards your beauty purchases. 

You are rewarded when you purchase Perfumes, Skincare or Make-up products, as well as La Collection Privée products, on Dior.com or at the eligible Parfums Christian Dior points of sale, paid Dior beauty services, and Fashion Accessories (eyewear, fashion jewellery and small leather goods) purchased at participating Dior Beauty boutiques and counters in Singapore as listed on https://www.dior.com/en_sg/beauty/find-your-dior-store.
 

You have one (1) calendar month from when your reward or gift becomes available to redeem it.

If you are eligible for a birthday makeup service, you may redeem it at any time during your birthday month. 

Prior appointment for a birthday makeup service must be confirmed with the relevant Dior Beauty boutique in advance. Whilst we endeavor to provide you with an appointment according to your preferred date and time, this may not always be possible. In such event, we will try to find you a suitable alternative. 

At our boutiques and counters, our Dior Beauty Consultants will be able to answer your questions and assist you. 
 

If you placed your order via your Dior customer account or you created an account on shop.dior.com.sg when you placed your order, log in to My Account then click on "my orders". You will then be able to follow the status of your order by clicking on the tracking number to track your order.

Cancelled Orders: the order has been cancelled due to lack of availability of the product. It is also possible that payment of your order has not been validated.

Pending Orders: payment for the order has not been finalised. A Customer Service adviser will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with your order.

In Preparation: the order has been validated and is being prepared.

Shipping: your order has been shipped. You will receive a SMS with your tracking information.

Completed: the order has been shipped to the delivery address that you provided when you placed your order online.

In order to check the availability of an item, search or browse the site and select the product that interests you and click on it. This will result in one of two things:

If the "order" button appears, this means that you can order it online. Please be aware that only the available sizes and shades will be displayed.

It is, however, possible that the item you are looking for is out of stock for online purchase, in which case it will be marked "out of stock".

Your order will be presented in complimentary Dior Beauty gift packaging, accompanied by a personalised message if you choose to send it as a gift. To reduce our environmental impact, Eco-packaging service is also available for your selection.  
 
For our gift wrapping option, your order will be presented in an iconic Dior gift box or gift clutch. Paper bags are not included in packages as products will be presented in a Dior gift clutch or gift box then placed in a protective outer carton for purpose of safe transportation. We do not offer individual gift wrapping for items within a single receipt/ transaction. 
 

Limited Edition Art of Gifting boxes & clutches are only available during certain festive periods. Art of Gifting images are for illustration purpose only and packaging may differ depending on the order contents and stock availability. 

For all orders placed on the Dior Beauty website, you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order. Additionally, members can login to download a digital copy of their receipt. 

Once you have found the product that interests you:

• click the "add to cart" button (your shopping cart will display)

Continue Shopping and when you’re ready to complete your order click the “cart icon” at the top of the page or click continue to payment on any product page to go to Checkout.

On the “checkout” page, check your order items are correct. Add your contact information, shipping address and marketing communication opt-in preferences, then add your billing address and payment details. Please check the order summary to confirm all information in your order is correct and then click "pay now".

If your payment is successful and your order has been received by Dior, an Order Confirmation page with your order confirmation number will display on the website. You will also immediately be sent an order confirmation & receipt email to the email address you entered when you placed your order.

There is a maximum limit of 3 items of the same product per order on the Dior Beauty Website. 

Dior Beauty offers one complimentary sample of your choice, with any order, while members are offered the choice of three complimentary samples with their orders. Simply select your choice of samples after you have added your products to cart and follow the checkout process. Samples may vary due to availability. 

In the event you would like to initiate a return from your recent Dior purchase, please contact our customer care team within 7 days from the date of receiving of the parcel. Our Dior Beauty Customer Service will assess the issue and assist you with the return of the item(s).

Currently, we only accept return request(s) for damaged, faulty and/or incorrect item(s) received for order(s) placed on www.dior.com/en_sg/beauty. Please note that refund(s) offered by Dior for return request(s) will be subjected to the assessment of the actual item(s) by our Customer Service.. Once the request has been agreed upon, a complimentary return will be arranged via our logistic providers.

All products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, in perfect condition. In the event of the return of products that have been the subject of a promotional offer including one or more gifts such as samples, pouches and gift boxes, all items must be returned by the customer.

Purchases made online via Dior online Boutique cannot be exchanged, refunded, or repackaged at any of our Dior Counters or Dior Boutiques. This policy is only applicable to purchase(s) made online via Dior Online Boutique. For any purchase(s) made in-store at a Dior Counter or a Dior Boutique, please refer to the original place of purchase to request for a return.

This policy does not affect your consumer rights under the Singaporean law.

Refunds: Upon agreement with our online customer service representative to be refunded for the purchase, we will process the approved refund within 5 working days from receiving the Returned Item(s). You will receive an email notification of your refund status from our Dior Customer Service team. 

All refunds will only be made against the original credit card used for the purchase. Please note that the time required to refund a credit to your account may vary depending on the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card for more details. 

Shipping fees of returned packages is non-refundable. 

Parfums Christian Dior Singapore reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policies at any time, without notice. 

All transactions completed on the shop.dior.com.sg website are secure and a SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal data and payment information. In addition, Dior makes a commitment to our customers not to save any credit card information.

Finally, we reinforce the security of payments by means of a 3D Secure system for Visa, Mastercard that are equipped for this. An additional step is taken at the time of payment, which enables verification of the identity of the credit card holder and validation of the transaction.

Each bank has its own authentication. For any question regarding your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.

All promotional offer codes are added at checkout on the View Cart page. Before entering your offer code, please fully read the Terms & Conditions associated with the offer/promotion, to ensure that your order meets the qualifying terms to be applied.
