Dinner Plate

A small, bustling beehive, that's what my house was when I presented my first collection, wrote Christian Dior in his memoir. This metaphor for the atelier at 30 Avenue Montaigne evokes the gestures of the seamstresses, conscientious and busy like a passionate and masterful swarm. Today, this majestic insect finds its place in the heart of a bucolic collection designed by Cordelia de Castellane, the Creative Director of Maison Dior, composed of earthenware plates that play with soft honey hues.
