How Can I Find Out If A Product Is Available On Dior.com?

In order to check the availability of a product, choose the product that interests you on our website and click on it. This will result in one of two things:

1. If the SHOP button appears, this means that you can order it online. Please be aware that only the available sizes will be displayed.

2. It is, however, possible that the item you are looking for is not available for online purchase at the moment. If the ALERT ME button appears, this means that you can sign up to be notified when the item becomes available again.

You can contact our Customer Service, where our advisers will be delighted to assist you with your purchases.

Can You send My Order As A Gift?

Dior offers complimentary gift packaging for every order*. Your order will be presented in an elegant Dior gift box or clutch, this will be tied with a satin ribbon. You receive one gift box or clutch for each order. This offer is valid while stocks last.

You can also add a personalised gift message to your order in the checkout process. You can use the Latin alphabet, numbers and punctuation. It is not possible to use symbols or emojis in your personal message.

If you wish to help us reduce our environmental impact, please click on the Eco-shipping box option in the checkout. This is 46% lighter than the Couture gift box and fully recyclable.

*Our Dior Backstage Eyelash Curler and Dior Backstage Blender will be shipped in our Eco-shipping box.

Do You Send A Receipt In The Box If My Order Is A Gift?

You will receive a receipt in every order. There is no price on the receipt.

How Can I Add Samples To My Order?

Dior offers you 2 complimentary samples of your choice with any order. You can simply add the Dior products to your basket and begin the check-out process by clicking “Proceed to checkout”. You can select your samples by clicking on the images on the next page. Your 2 complimentary samples are now added to your order. This offer is valid while stocks last.

What Payment Options Are Accepted On Dior.com?

Payments for purchases on Dior.com can be made using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Maestro debit or credit card. It is also possible to pay with PayPal or Apple Pay. Please note that any orders made with PayPal Express or Apple Pay are shipped with our eco boxes. If you would like to receive a couture gift box please go through the full checkout process.

 

You are also able to pay for your order using Klarna's Pay in 3 or Pay Later options. Please note that for the Pay in 3 option, there must be a minimum spend of £25.

How Can I Get A Receipt For My Online Purchase?

You will receive your order confirmation and receipt by email. Your receipt will also be sent along with your order to the shipping address you provided. You can also get a hard copy of your receipt from your account by visiting the \"My Perfume & Beauty orders \" section then clicking on the receipt you wish to print.

If you placed your order as a guest, your receipt will be sent together with your order to the shipping address you provided.

Is An Online Purchase On Dior.com Secure?

All transactions done on Dior.com are extremely secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal data and payment information. In addition, Dior makes a commitment to you not to save any credit card information.

We reinforce the security of payments by means of a 3D Secure system for Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards that are equipped for this. An additional step is taken at the time of payment, which enables verification of the identity of the credit card holder and validation of the transaction.

Each bank has its own authentication. For any question regarding your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.

How Do I Apply A Promo Code?

You can simply add your Dior products to your basket. In your basket, please enter your promo code in the box provided and click “Ok”.

What Are The Delivery Options?

Dior offers complimentary next day delivery for every day of the week. Choose DPD Next Day Delivery for delivery on Monday to Saturday or choose DPD Sunday Delivery for delivery on Sunday.

 

Please note that from the 1st July 2024 Dior will be offering complimentary free delivery to all registered members, all unregistered members will pay a fee of £4 for all orders under £50.

Can I Return Unwanted Christmas Gifts After My Returns Policy Deadline?

Gifts purchased from October 18th until December 31st 2024 can be returned until January 31st 2025. The gifts must be returned in their original condition, unopened and with all packaging/hygiene seals intact. Personalised gifts cannot be returned except when due to a defect.

Where Can You Deliver My Order?

Orders placed on Dior.com can only be shipped to the United Kingdom. Unfortunately it is not possible to deliver your order to a P.O. Box or a self storage facility.

Delivery to some postal codes in the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take 2 - 5 days. These postal codes are AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44 and ZE1-3.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Unfortunately, it not possible to change or cancel your order. In some cases, it’s possible to change the delivery address on the DPD website. You can do this after you’ve received your Shipping Confirmation email.

If you change your mind about your Dior purchase, you can always use the pre-printed DPD return label to return your order. Dior offers you complimentary returns.

How Do I Know My Order Has Been Sent?

If you placed your order via your Dior account, log in to your account then click on \" My Perfume & Beauty orders \". You will then be able to consult the status of your order. You can also follow your order with the DPD tracking link in your Shipping Confirmation email.

If you placed your order as a guest, please contact our Customer Service, where our advisers will be pleased to inform you of the progress of your order.

How Can I Track The Delivery Of My Order?

If you placed your order vis your Dior account, you can follow the progress of your order by logging in to your account then clicking on "My Perfume & Beauty Orders". Then click on the tracking number to track your order.

This same tracking number was also sent to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You can enter your tracking number on the DPD website to track your order. 

Please note that the driver will also take a picture as confirmation of delivery. 

If you placed your order as a guest, please contact our Customer Service, where our advisers will be pleased to inform you of the progress of your order.

I Placed An Order But I Have Not Received My Package, What Can I Do?

If you placed your order via your Dior account, log in to your account then click on “My Perfume & Beauty orders”. You will then be able to follow the status of your order.

If you placed your order as a guest please ensure that you entered the correct email and phone number at checkout, track the progress of your delivery using the tracking number provided in the Order Confirmation email at the DPD website.

If you do not receive your package within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Service.

How Do I Return My Order?

You can return all or part of your Dior order within 14 calendar days of delivery to you. You must return all free gifts and samples (unless it is a Try it First sample) with your products in order for your refund to be processed, We apologise for any disappointment this causes. Please complete the returns form that’s enclosed in your order with all the required information.

 

The products must be returned in the original condition, unopened and with all packaging/hygiene seals intact. Engraved products cannot be returned except when due to defect.

 

You can return your parcel for free by using our DPD returns service

 

1. Use our online portal DPD Returns Portal

2. Fill out purchase details

3. Select how you would like to receive your label and where to find your nearest DPD drop shop.

4. Drop your parcel off at your chosen DPD drop-off point

5. Show your QR code if you have chosen to print in store or attach the label that you have printed at home

6. Remember to keep your proof of postage receipt and your tracking number.

7. Track your parcel online via the DPD website.

 

We are unable to process returns for purchases made in-store or within a partnered retail location. We also cannot accept a return or process a refund at any Dior Counter or store for purchases made via Dior.com.

 

You will receive your refund within 14 calendar days after returning. If you have not received the Returns Form or have any problems with DPD portal please get in touch with our Customer Service team.

From the 1st July, all unregistered members will now be charged a £4 delivery fee for orders above £50. Please note that the £4 delivery charge is non-refundable and will be deducted from your returned order when it's processed. 

 

Can I Return Orders From Northern Ireland?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer complimentary returns to customers in Northern Ireland. To return your order to us, please send it back using a tracked service and retain your delivery receipt which will assist with the refund process. 

Can I Exchange My Dior Product?

Unfortunately, it not possible to exchange your Dior products. You can return your unwanted products and place a new order on Dior.com.

Can I Return My Dior Product If It's Engraved?

Unfortunately, engraved products cannot be returned except when due to defect.

Can I Return Different Orders In The Same Box?

Unfortunately, it not possible to return different orders in the same box. Please return every order in a separate box and complete the Returns Form that’s enclosed in your order with all the required information. The products must be returned in the original condition, unopened and with all packaging/hygiene seals intact. Engraved products cannot be returned except when due to defect.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Refund After My Return?

You will receive your refund within 14 calendar days after returning. Your refund will be credited to the same bank account as the original payment. If you have not received your refund after 14 calendar days, please contact our Customer Service.

Do I receive Any Extras With My Order?

If you want to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service where an adviser will assist you with the steps to follow.

How Can I Create An Account?

What Are The Advantages Of Creating An Account?

Creating an account enables you to track the delivery of your Dior purchases and helps you to consult your order history. You can also update your contact information in your account.

For your security, Dior.com does not save your credit card information and will not share your personal data with any third parties.

How Can I Find My Account Password?

You can easily reset your password by clicking on the account symbol located in the menu at the top of our home page (on the right side). You can click on “Forgotten Password” to enter your email address. We will send you an email to reset your password. Please check your spam folder if you didn’t receive the email.

HOW CAN I JOIN DIOR BEAUTY PRIVÉ?

To join the Dior Beauty Privé membership program, you simply need to create a Parfums Christian Dior account on Dior.com or in one of the eligible Parfums Christian Dior points of sale.

ARE MY CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE PURCHASES TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT IN DIOR BEAUTY PRIVÉ?

Your Couture purchases are not eligible purchases for the purpose of Dior Beauty Privé as the membership program rewards only your beauty purchases. You are rewarded when you purchase Perfumes, Skincare or Make-Up products, as well as La Collection Privée products on Dior.com or in the eligible Parfums Christian Dior points of sale.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY INFORMATION?

To access your information just log into your Dior.com account. You can keep track of your status progress, discover benefits and rewards of your status level, and check your purchase history in your Dior.com account.

HOW DO YOU DEFINE MY STATUS IN DIOR BEAUTY PRIVÉ?

Your most recent status in MY EXCLUSIVE BEAUTY PROGRAM will be transferred to your Dior Beauty Privé account. As with MY EXCLUSIVE BEAUTY PROGRAM, you will retain a status level for 12 months if there are no further purchases made to reach the threshold of the next status level. All members with fewer than two transactions will start with the Pearl status and will be able to move from one status to another (Silver, Gold, Platinum) according to purchases made. New members with first transaction of £600 or more will be given the Gold status. Platinum status is the highest level, and once reached, you will retain the status level for 12 months.

HOW CAN I OBTAIN MY GIFTS?

You will receive instructions by email when you are eligible for a gift. For Silver members, gifts will be available either at a participating Parfums Christian Dior point of sale or via Dior.com. For Gold and Platinum members, gifts can be ordered via Dior.com with complimentary delivery or collected at a participating Parfums Christian Dior point of sale.

HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY STATUS?

The number and value of your purchases in the preceding 12 months will determine your status. Multiple purchases made on the same day will count as a single purchase for the purposes of the Dior Beauty Privé program. I GOT A PROMO CODE ON DIOR.COM, WHAT IS THE IMPACT ON MY STATUS?

Your status is calculated based on the billed amount, therefore only the actual value of your payment after the application of the promo code will count towards your Dior Beauty Privé status.

I BOUGHT/ RECEIVED A GIFT CARD, WHAT IS THE IMPACT ON MY STATUS?

Your status is based on Dior Beauty product purchases. Therefore, purchasing a gift card doesn’t count as an eligible purchase. However, if you use a gift card as a means of payment to purchase an eligible product, this will count as an eligible purchase in the Dior Beauty Privé program.

What is Concierge Delivery?

Some of our products, due to their nature, can only be delivered by concierge delivery. Where this is the case, it will be made clear to you during the ordering process.

How Do I Book A Delivery?

Once you place an order one of our beauty consultants will get in touch with you with 3 delivery date options for you to choose from.

Will you deliver on weekend?

If an order is made early in the week you will be given the option for a weekend delivery. Any orders made on Thursday or Friday will not be eligible for delivery that weekend.

Will you deliver anywhere in the UK?

Please note we only deliver to postcodes within the cities below. Unfortunately, any orders with addresses outside these cities will be cancelled and refunded.

What can I expect on the day of my delivery?

Our white gloved delivery drivers will give you a call an hour before they are due to arrive and will be able to deliver your item to a room of your choice or to your front door. Please note that you will be required to sign a delivery receipt form which confirms that you have received your item. Our delivery driver will also take a picture to confirm the items condition on delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders for exceptional pieces are processed Monday – Friday. Please allow 5-7 working days from the date of your order to receive it.

How do I return the item?

On the delivery day if you decide you no longer want the item our driver will take it back free of charge.

If you decide to keep the item on the day it was delivered but change your mind later please contact our customer service team within 14 days of its delivery to organise a collection. Please note there is a £50 return fee which will be deducted from the price of the item once it is ready to be refunded.

What do I do if something is wrong with my order?
