Complimentary Next Day, Saturday & Sunday Delivery
Dior offers complimentary Next Day, Saturday and Sunday delivery for all orders.
- Next Day Delivery: Orders need to be placed before 6:30pm from Sunday to Thursday to be delivered on the next day.
- Saturday Delivery: Orders need to be placed before 6:30pm on Friday for delivery on Saturday.
- Sunday Delivery: Orders need to be placed before 6:30pm on Saturday for delivery on Sunday.
Please be advised that the delivery days do not include Bank Holidays, and for personalised products (Engraving, Miss Dior Bow, Miss Dior Charms, Sauvage Wooden Cap) the delivery time might be extended to 2-3 working days.
Complimentary Returns
You can return all or part of your Dior order within 14 working days of delivery to you. The products must be returned in the original condition, unopened and with all packaging/hygiene seals intact.
Engraved product cannot be returned except when due to defect. Please note that our engraving is done using a cursive font.
Please note that you will also have to include all complimentary samples, travel size miniatures and complimentary gifts when returning your order. Samples that are part of the Try It First offer can be excluded.
