HOW DO I BOOK A DELIVERY?
Once you place an order one of our beauty consultants will contact you with 3 delivery date options for you to choose from.
WILL YOU DELIVER ANYWHERE IN THE UK?
Please note we only deliver to postcodes within selected cities including London. To see full list of the cities, please click here. Unfortunately, any orders with addresses outside these cities will be cancelled and refunded.
WILL YOU DELIVER ON THE WEEKEND?
If an order is made early in the week you can be given the option for a weekend delivery. Any orders made on Thursday or Friday will not be eligible for delivery that weekend.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT ON THE DAY OF MY DELIVERY?
Our white gloved delivery drivers will give you a call an hour before they are due to arrive and will be able to deliver your item to a room of your choice or to your front door. Please note that you will be required to sign a delivery receipt form which confirms that you have received your item.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders for exceptional pieces are processed Monday – Friday. Please allow 5-7 working days from the date of your order to receive it.
HOW DO I RETURN THE ITEM?
On the delivery day if you decide you no longer want the item our driver will take it back free of charge.
If you decide to keep the item on the day it was delivered but change your mind later please contact our customer service team within 14 days of its delivery to organise a collection. Please note there is a £50 return fee which will be deducted from the price of the item once it is ready to be refunded.
